Dave’s 30 years of real estate marketing, advertising, market research, and writing experience have benefitted hundreds of agents, investors, builders, developers, contractors, rehabbers, and lenders.

As Marketing Director at First In Promotions, a Chicago area based marketing agency, since its inception in 1992, he has been there for the beginning of all of the technology which dominates the industry today.

Going back to the 90’s, Dave put the “Open House Hotline” telephone announcement updates into partnership with an official publication of the Los Angeles Assn. of Realtors for seven years and with RE/MAX of Texas for a weekly Houston TV home showcase show.

Forward to right now, and Kohl is bringing “Virtual Reality For Real Estate” to builders, developers, and rehabbers. His marketing plans are designed to get properties sold prior to completion or being ready. He also performs Feasibility Studies to identify investment property opportunities, provides advance renderings for contractors, produces workshops and seminars for industry professionals, buyers, and sellers. ‘Real Estate Marketing Masters Mix’ enables Kohl to share his knowledge and experience with his followers at their convenience.
